Provide services for addicts like me. Staff is very nice. Need to change methadone to bisques. Need another window.
The groups are good. They should be mandatory.
Everything is right for what I need. Groups, council etc...
everything is going fine for me ere im doing very well in this program
I think it's not so strict that individuals can share. Counselors need to hold patients accountable for not coming in and out during groups.
More Windows, so people can be served faster.
the number system needs improvement.
not much ....... new leader
the facility is doing everything right
It's helping people is right, what it's doing wrong "I don't know".
not my call
There are too many people in the lobby in the morning.
groups and individual sessions.
Another window would be beneficial.
they are very cheap and unorganized. Only have one window. I enjoy meeting with my counselor.
It makes you think about your problems and helps you realize you do have a problem. I think this place should ban cell phones from groups.
Counselors care and put in the time to help. Medication therapy. Groups- they stay on topic and help. Facility is organized
everthing I have nothing bad to say
I like the groups, I wish there were more discussions. More bathrooms.
the mandated groups for a working individual should be a case by case basis
2 dosing windows
the number of doctors in the facility needs to be increased. the amount of time that I am forced to wait for the doctor is way too long
They are helping people out with drug addiction. They are enabling people to use drugs.
there is need for a second dosing window.
Serve breakfast. Another window, another nurse.
I work with my counselor very close and consider her apart of my life at this point and has pushed me to be where I am today and everybody in the facility always treats me with respect and consideration.
No improvement needed, in my opinion.
They don't seem to be helping the clients like they used to. People are using and there don't seem to be the consequences that helped me get sober.
I don't know
It is doing what it possibly can. Coffee for client will be a good idea. Another window.
I feel like the mornings should be held for people employed.
giving treatment ot eh right people
Double dosing windows.
Better dosing times / less congestion.
my counselor PERSON was the best
dosing methadone! more structure
At this point I don't believe the clinic is at the best it could be.I've been here since it first opened and you could feel, tell that the staff cared. I'm not saying some still don't but all I see now is more people going back to old bad habits AND STAFF caring more about bringing in more money then helping those already here get the help they need... just take a moment, pause, reflect...why has there been so many change overs in the last year and a half between both nurses and counselors. Lets see if YOU can come up with an honest answer to that!
the facility is doing right by the patients letting them come off the methadone when they are ready at their own pace. The facility could do better if there weren't so many patients. There is not enough staff and there is a need for more than one dosing window. There is also a need for the curriculum to match how long the patients have been in treatment. There is also a need for patient safety. Many of the patients have to come to the clinic in fear because there is no punishment for fighting. Fighting should be unacceptable and cause for immediate discharge. The patients here are all adults and if they are not held accountable for their actions here at the clinic they are never going to learn to be held accountable for their actions in the real world.
I enjoy the individual session with my counselor but I don't enjoy the other group members
The counselors need to come up with solutions to take their mind away from drugs. I think it's too much of people in the group talking about drugs and their situations rather then improving their situation
Meeting with my counselor is great and she gives me great advice. I don't like groups.
vey helpful freindly
More control over patients and the chaos
Do right: the groups Can Improve: Bad weather- close and give bottles for safety improve on dosing - needs a second window or have people stick their dosing times too many fights
they are trying to make people realize the mistakes they make-very encouraging. I cant think of any
Helping with my concerns. The facility can improve by offering more night groups
the dosing times make them actually work acordingly
get more dosing windows more nurses. The place is awesome the people are good, the system needs to improve in regards to dosing.
get another window
Good counselors. More dosing windows
Having us go to treatment and groups to be here, staff seem to really care.
The counselors do a good job of keeping an open line of communication with you and meeting all of your needs while helping you complete your goals. An improvement would be opening another window.
having more group topics and dosing times.
has everything I can possible need.
doing right my counselor weekly. Second dosing window.
this facility needs to have more dosing windows with more medicating nurses.
another medicating window
the staff take the time out for answering questions and help for any recent affairs
Not to make people come when it's bad weather out.
The intake process needs to be made more effective.
groups are very helpful need to add snacks coffee ect.,,
Facility needs smaller groups
I have nothing tp say
They need more staff.
if client comes from far away take home bottles should be provide in bad weather. Get the cherry flavor methadone because it tastes better Another window. It will avoid conflict.
Having PERSON as my counselor is the best thing this facility has done to help me with my recovery. The receptionists need to learn their place. They are not in charge of my counselor and their condescending tone and bad attitudes are the biggest stressors I worry about when coming to this facility.
More windows for dosing
Having PERSON as my counselor has been the best thing that happened to me. The receptionist at the front are a big stressor for me when I come here, they are very condescending.
THEY HAVE GREAT GROUPS AND THEY PERSON TO OPEN A NEW DOSING STATION
GOOD COUNSELORS. EARIER DOSING TIMES. EASIER TO FINISH GROUPS.
more dose windows
everything . Dosing window .
This facility has the most genuine caring staff one could imagine and non-judgemental people also. That is so important to get clean; coordination of the staff on group topics would be helpful and clean bathrooms!! Also, there is a need to be able to leave messages for counselors on Sundays if there is inclement weather or a need to speak with someone... Finally, there are issues in the parking lot with drug use and sales...it is a danger... Overall, this is saving my life and hopefully my self-respect will follow.
lessen the of fights
everything is good
SEEMS LIKE A LOT OF DECISONS ARE BASED ON MONEY NOT HELPING THE PERSON BEEN TOLD THAT I COULDNT DO THING CAUSE THEY COULDNT CHARGE, HANNAH ISGREAT AT HER JOB BTW
The staff seems genuine and caring about the patients weelbeing.
they medicate me, but there are long waits and lots of frustration from clients who haveto wait
more help with housing and mental health services it would make it a lot easier for some people who need mental help as well as addiction
Clinic is helping me because of the medication. It is better than doing drugs on the street. A more organize system. Another window.
the groups are amazing and my one on one counselor is absolutely amazing she has helped me alot
More dosing windows because the wait to get dosed is extremely too long
the facility does a well job between ,ethadone and group counseling.
MORE DOSING WINDOWS
dosing windows more of them
helps get you off the street and into treatment immediatly
