It makes you think about your problems and helps you realize you do have a problem. I think this place should ban cell phones from groups.

Serve breakfast. Another window, another nurse.

rated facility as: 10/10

I work with my counselor very close and consider her apart of my life at this point and has pushed me to be where I am today and everybody in the facility always treats me with respect and consideration.

rated facility as: 9/10

No improvement needed, in my opinion.

rated facility as: 9/10

They don't seem to be helping the clients like they used to. People are using and there don't seem to be the consequences that helped me get sober.

rated facility as: 4/10

rated facility as: 6/10

my counselor PERSON was the best

rated facility as: 9/10

dosing methadone! more structure

rated facility as: 7/10

At this point I don't believe the clinic is at the best it could be.I've been here since it first opened and you could feel, tell that the staff cared. I'm not saying some still don't but all I see now is more people going back to old bad habits AND STAFF caring more about bringing in more money then helping those already here get the help they need... just take a moment, pause, reflect...why has there been so many change overs in the last year and a half between both nurses and counselors. Lets see if YOU can come up with an honest answer to that!

rated facility as: 5/10

nothing

rated facility as: 0/10

the facility is doing right by the patients letting them come off the methadone when they are ready at their own pace. The facility could do better if there weren't so many patients. There is not enough staff and there is a need for more than one dosing window. There is also a need for the curriculum to match how long the patients have been in treatment. There is also a need for patient safety. Many of the patients have to come to the clinic in fear because there is no punishment for fighting. Fighting should be unacceptable and cause for immediate discharge. The patients here are all adults and if they are not held accountable for their actions here at the clinic they are never going to learn to be held accountable for their actions in the real world.

rated facility as: 4/10

I enjoy the individual session with my counselor but I don't enjoy the other group members

rated facility as: 7/10

The counselors need to come up with solutions to take their mind away from drugs. I think it's too much of people in the group talking about drugs and their situations rather then improving their situation

rated facility as: 10/10

Meeting with my counselor is great and she gives me great advice. I don't like groups.

rated facility as: 7/10

vey helpful freindly

More control over patients and the chaos

rated facility as: 9/10

rated facility as: 10/10

Having PERSON as my counselor is the best thing this facility has done to help me with my recovery. The receptionists need to learn their place. They are not in charge of my counselor and their condescending tone and bad attitudes are the biggest stressors I worry about when coming to this facility.

rated facility as: 9/10

More windows for dosing

rated facility as: 10/10

Having PERSON as my counselor has been the best thing that happened to me. The receptionist at the front are a big stressor for me when I come here, they are very condescending.

rated facility as: 8/10

everything . Dosing window .

rated facility as: 10/10

This facility has the most genuine caring staff one could imagine and non-judgemental people also. That is so important to get clean; coordination of the staff on group topics would be helpful and clean bathrooms!! Also, there is a need to be able to leave messages for counselors on Sundays if there is inclement weather or a need to speak with someone... Finally, there are issues in the parking lot with drug use and sales...it is a danger... Overall, this is saving my life and hopefully my self-respect will follow.

rated facility as: 8/10

rated facility as: 8/10

Clinic is helping me because of the medication. It is better than doing drugs on the street. A more organize system. Another window.

rated facility as: 5/10

the groups are amazing and my one on one counselor is absolutely amazing she has helped me alot

rated facility as: 8/10

More dosing windows because the wait to get dosed is extremely too long
