more physical activities
PERSONAL CARE WAS OUTSTANDING. NEW DAWN PAID VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO MY PERSONAL NEEDS!
EVERYTHING IS GREAT I LEARNED ALOT OF VERY VALIABLE SKILLS, AND THE COUNSELORS ARE VERY EXCELLENT.
GETTING ME TO A 1/2 WAY HOUSE.
EVERYTHING
pretty good , maybe should stick to employing only people with experience with addiction first hand. feeling of judgment from the ones who don't have experience is severe
POSSIBLE NA MEETINGS FROM THE OUTSIDE. ALSO, TO POSSIBLY TRY AND FIT AN AA OR NA MEETING IN DURRING THE DAY TIME IF POSSIBLE.
Helping with patients mental health and addiction and emotional support. Could use more staffing on each shift for sake of patients and staff. More groups that are productive on weekends
MORE GROUPS
NIGHT SHIFT IS THE BEST
EVERYTHING NONE
STRUCTURE IS GOOD. MAYBE MORE SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
I DONT KNOW
MORE STRUCTRE, HOLD STAFF AND PATIENTS ACCOUNTABLE. LESS TIME JUST SHOWING MOVIES AND MORE CLASS INTERACTION.
HELP ME WITH KEEPING STRUCTURE
EDUCATION WAS GREAT MORE OUT DOOR WALKS
they work individually with each patient on their specific needs
NOTHING TO FIX IT'S ALL GREAT
TAKING THE TIME TO EXLAIN EVERYTHING
everything is being done right. Regulating the groups getting rid of coloring, people leaving group as they please, cross talking and foul language would be beneficial.
IDK
IT ADDRESSES THE ISSUES THAT THE CLIENT TRULY HAS AND WORKS WITH THEM. I THINK THAT MORE ROOM TO MOVE AROUND AND GETTING OUTSIDE WOULD BE BETTER.
PERSONAL HANDS ON CARE
I WAS100 SATISFIED
Educational, compassionate
Compassion. Empathy.
don't feel anything was done wrong
NOTHING I HAD BEST COUNSELOUR
More exercise
Individual session - one one one helped me in tough decisions I had to make.
THERE WERE A FEW PEOPLE THAT SHOUNT B HERE THEY SHOULD B AT THE BSU.IT EFFECTS OTHER PEOPLES PROGRAMS
Client first mentality. The rules and regulations should be clear to understand with little change during an individual or groups stay.
GOOD
they are doing everything right. need more staff though
The staff is amazing and the fascility itself is very clean
THERE ONE ON ONE WITH PATIENTS AND THEY TREAT THEM LIKE PPL. THIS FACILITY IS GREAT
They treated me like a person
THEY ARE DOING THEIR JOB GREAT
THE STAFFF IS AMAZING AND THE PERSON PLANS ARE WONDERFULL BUT THE PLACE COULD HAVE SCHEDULED TIMES FOR PATIENTS TO HAVE A CIGARETTE BREAK THROUGH OUT THE DAY AND THEY WOUODNT HAVE HALF THE PROBLEMS WITH PATIENTS THEY DO AS OF NOW
WAS MISINFORMED ABOUT THIS BEING A MIC PROGRAM. SO MY MAIN NEEDS WERER NOT MET.
actual free time to take a walk and/or go to the gym everyday. not just when they feel like it. understanding if its raining or snowing
PERSON's the best
EVERYTHING WAS GOOD FOR MY STAY
The staff is very friendly and understanding.
THE STAFF AT THIS FACILITY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NOT ALL BUT A FEW CDC'S HAVE NO OR TOO LITTLE RESPECT FOR THE PATIENT AND THEIR PRIVACY I UNDERSTAND LAUGHING IS HEALTHY AND JOKING AROUND IS FUN AND GAMES BETWEEN CDC'S AND PATIENTS BUT WHEN THREATENING BECOMES INVOLVED REGUARDLESS THE IN A JOKING MANNER TOWARDS PATIENT FROM THE CDC THAT WAS WORKING OR COMMENTS LIKE "OUT OF THE PEOPLE WHO SHOW UP IN THIS GROUP, I WONDER WHOSE DAY I CAN RUIN" BY A CDC I THINK SOME CDC'S SHOULD BE TALKED TO AND POSSIBLY TERMINATED
I LIKED THE ONE ON ONE WITH MY COUNSELOR
GREAT GROUPS AND INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
