Mission Statement: The Center for Comprehensive Health Practice, Inc. (CCHP) will provide accessible community-based treatment that integrates primary health care with substance use and behavioral health services for all children, adolescents, adults and families residing in East Harlem and the greater New York Community. Our approach creates a lasting health-care partnership between patients, families and professionals.
