the staff here as far as counselors and the front staff is wonderful. and the aspects of most groups are as well. the nurses are not very pleasant. that entire area needs improvement
i have been sober 4 years becayse of them. they coulkd be a little more caring about us personally.
Doing great
helping people recover from drugs. Get more windows for dosing.
Giving me my medication. Fire people.
i like this place dont think it needs improvement
More athletic, endeavours, possible sober hikes
to new
a second dosing window
more dosing windows for take homes
People that come in with larger amounts of take homes, to have them come in on a special day. I would be dead without the methadone program here.
Keeping me off the street to stop me from using. Have more teaching about recovery, no control in the groups.
i have been clean for goin on three years. conifer has been there for me through everything. good and bad. if it wasnt for my councler and this place i probaly wouldnt be here today. every place you go has its bad qualitys as well. conifer could fix a few things like when they have their 30 day take homes. i think they should try to move all of those to a different time. and also make a small area for children and babies. so many of us have children. and even tho we dont wanna bring them with us we have no choice and i think that there should be a aera for them.
professional environment, in and out dosing, and taking the patients wishes into concern more often would be nice
the facility actually cares, alot of well thought out practices, teaches great coping skills/area specific
right...dosing me everyday. improve...getting out on script and moving forward
having patients that have thirty take homes come at a special time
helping with the cravings of wanting to use drugs.
Easy to work with counselors and attentive to care
Being able to get take homes for living so far away, and being at the level to be able to get these take homes. Everything is great.
everything has been going great, so far no room for improvement yet, been very helpful.
The information and open door policy with groups and the group counselors about being able to safely discuss any issues that concerns my addictions and mental health
everything/nothing
grow
i yhink they are doing everything rihght for me
they are very helpful and willing to work with you with anything in thier power.
obviously helping extra dosing window
not to much
to me its doing everything great it could be more caring about the people that come here
more kid friendly for people who have kids. more options for water.
Its a great place to be able to go for help, the only thing i believe that could be improved is some of the groups
dose us faster
Conifer is good at advocating for their patients, offering a wide variety of groups for the different needs of their patients and adjusting the program to keep up with the changing times. They have made a lot of changes recently to improve safety for both staff and patients. As far as improvements, I personally think this facility needs a bigger building for the amount of clients that come here.
The facility is doing great. In my opinion, the facility does not need any improvements.
I really like the relationships that I have formed with the counselors, more than just my own. I do not like how, if my counselor overbooked herself, a different counselor will ask if I mind meeting with them instead. I am not a very forward person and am not comfortable saying that I am not okay with it, so it puts me in a weird position.
There is a good variety of groups and services available at Conifer. The medical staff are tentative and return your phone calls quickly. The Director is very hands on and is willing to talk to any client who has questions or concerns. The facility as a whole is always looking for new ways to connect with their clients. One thing that needs improvement is the morning dosing process and the waiting room. The wait is extremely long and a lot of conflict happens in the waiting room that does not get taken care of properly. There is also a lot of turnover when it comes to counselors. Its hard to connect when you know someone is probably going to be leaving abruptly. Rules need to be consistent as well. Some clients will get punished for a behavior and then others get away with it. People can tell that favorites are played.
methadone and subxone, great groups.
dosing and treatment are good no callbacks unless testing positive or reports being made
nothing as far as im concerned! I'm totally happy
There are groups for people to learn health information, a yoga group, but also the ordinary groups where you can share your issues with people of common issues. The only way for the facility to improve in my opinion would be to give the facilitators more space to work as our groups tend to be in their offices, their offices are great though!
takes the time to meet individual needs but could use some help in the waiting room time.
nothing truthuly everyone is caring an focused on the patients recovery
showing care and concern for patiants recovery, with great advice and education on being or becoming sober.
i mean its giving me exactly what i need so far so i really cant say anything other then im grateful for having the help provided to me.
its good everything it good
dosing the meds.the wait times for the meds could be improved
This facility is great on getting clients in quickly, and helping them make the right step towards maintenance, detox, or rehab. Also they provide enough services for someone who is struggling to stay clean and the counselors are top notch. Some things that could improve is the care of some of the clinical staff, treated more as an individual with a sickness and less like an addict/"junkie" and maybe more monitoring for onsite drug related talk or other activities that should NOT be happening in facility. Overall I would recommend this program to anyone needing to get over addiction, it has helped me kick addictions butt once and for all.
They are always there to talk to me and give me good advice. They lead me in the right direction and help me accomplish my goals. Just always being there when the patient needs them.
very helpful w getting me to follow through
their helping me improve my live my life sober and free from drugs weighing my life down. better return call ratio
i think the groups are great and very helpful. the maintenance is extremely helpful with my recovery. the only thing i think they could do better is get the big take homes at one certain time on saturdays.
the MAT prog. more dosing times would be an improvement
The counselors are more involved , helping as much as they can . they go beyond their job description just like the nurses and doctors to help you stay in recovery . if one person has a split they will help in any form to figure out why and to keep you focused on doing new activities to stay in recovery . everyone at the clinic listens instead of not listening .
everything by me, been a great experience.
Better topics that can help with recovery such as triggers, acceptance of others, dealing with emotions.
helping is very good
The staff is very helpul from the front to the counselors and the nursing staff. I think have a group or dicussions about maintance and the effects that it has on the mind and body. Discuss getting off the maintance the healthiest way possible.
OK
i feel they are doing the best they can
IT COULD BE A LITTLE LESS STRICT ON SOME THINGS
they do everything for the people
Larger medical division for people with different ailments than addiction.
helping me stay sober
helping me abstain from drugs this is the first time in my life i can actually say im completly clean even from beer and mariaujana
Great atmosphere. very understanding and kind. great program. .negative- dosing times
they are very helpful with my soberity. i would like to have more workers that know more about the addiction issues
have quicker dosing time
My counselor PERSON is an amazing part of my recovery. I completely trust her with all my issues in regards to my recovery.
d0iuble dosing window's, more staff member's
really listen to my problems an help find solutions waiting room could be more structured
they help when they make the time for us
I dont have any complaints in regards to my treatment. i was seen in a short amount of time and able to progress with my recovery.
COMMUNICATION
im not really sure
THEY OFFER ALOT OF GROUP COUNCLING AND ONE ON ONE COUNLING THEY BELIEVE IN HEALING THE WHOLE BODY NOT JUST ADDICTION. SOME OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS COULD BE BETTER EXPLAINED
more compassion to clients and underatanding
just listens and care
everything seems fine
Good at keeping people on the right path. More of a selection of groups.
Facility is doing groups and Peer Advocate are going right. A lot more understanding with addiction.
