rated facility as: 7/10

this particular facility meets my needs and myself where i am at. i do not feel negatively challenged here at Conifer Park as i have been in other treatment facilities. this is a very friendly atmosphere where i believe the success desiring addict can meet their goals easily and with compassion from the staff. havent really been with this facility that long however my experiences over the course of the past year coming in to support someone else has truly been exceptional and warm. furthermore, why i chose this facility to continue my treatment to strengthen my recovery through understanding and acceptance to change

rated facility as: 8/10

they let the clients run some of the groups. I believe the best person to learn from is someone who once was down the same road you are on.. Some people might be able to get it in a short amount of time while other may take a lil longer its really up tp the person and how well they apply the things thryhave learned hee into there everyday living..

rated facility as: 5/10

They keep really good tabs on us, drug test us frequently which keeps us honest with them and ourselves. They also do groups which is very helpful.

rated facility as: 8/10

The counselors here listen, and actually remember what is going on with me. as probably all the patients here. Im actually called by my name here and so is everybody else. the waiting area could be bigger. we recently had an upset amongst all of us here. we voiced it in group, and immediate change happened. it really did. so ye, I like this place and the help im getting here

rated facility as: 7/10

Listen to the needs of the client. And genuinely seems to care.

rated facility as: 10/10

this agency has incorporated the use of peer advocates, listening to the clients needs and responding in a timely fashion. This agency could have more of a community resource for housing issues.

rated facility as: 7/10

necessary steps take to improve the atmosphere are being taken

rated facility as: 7/10

rated facility as: 9/10

This Facility out of all the facilities that I have attended besides Yonkers General, White Plains Impatient Treatment Program, St. Joseph's Treatment Program, Sleepy Hollow (Plelps). .....among other great programs in Lower Down Statae New York. Although, I believe that the screening process should be more vigorous. And ONLY the appropiate people should be considered for such programs. People that are earnestly seeking soberity will have success. Those that are push in will fail!

rated facility as: 9/10

staying in touch with us at all levels an all the staff shows a real genuine concern for our well being an us to move forward sober an free to enjoy life as life is ment to be not drugged an twisted as we tried molding it while using. mas can interfere with our treatment

rated facility as: 8/10

The individual counseling, one-on-ones, and CRPA meetings are the most helpful sources of support for me. Authority during groups and sending out disruptive members.

rated facility as: 7/10

Being a new facility dispensing methadone, I think they are doing great, They are really good with helping people on a individual level. They all are really good with working with patients needs.

rated facility as: 7/10

they take the time to make proper plans for each individual and make it work with what is nessisary

rated facility as: 10/10

They are giving the ability for patients to overcome the judgments as well as the hardships typically associated with medical help in the addiction sector of the medical field. With Conifer Park's methadone clinic I have a chance at fighting this disease and managing it properly for the first time in my life. Rather than the experiences I have had with behind the times facilities who choose to judge patients prior to receiving treatment. The staff is all in it for the right reasons. Whereas, I have been personally in clinics where I have felt judged and disregarded as a vagrant piece of society who deserves no medical care what so ever. My only recommendation would be to allow us to have our take home bottles on holidays.

rated facility as: 10/10

it helps me with the knowledge of my disease and how it has caused negative impact in my life i do not see any improvement is required

rated facility as: 10/10

Groups are great and individual counseling

rated facility as: 6/10

my treatment plan has been 100 percent helpful, as are the groups and one on one with the councelors.

rated facility as: 10/10

I believe they are on the right track doing things well

rated facility as: 9/10

they take time to help you and the only thing I don't like is its not easy for me to get increce

rated facility as: 7/10

this place helps with the right needs and helps clients through personal problems that may be happening in their lives. They keep up with drug tests and do them randomly so if you are using substances they will know and help you stay clean with the best possible treatment for you.

rated facility as: 8/10

The facility has always meet my needs and wants. starting from the receptionist,Counselors,Nursing staff,Pscho Doctor, Doctor and the Director. Exceptional Customer Service. Very Professional.
