They are very approachable, friendly and always willing to help.
i feel like what they are doing is just fine and is working great!
dispensing and monitoring of medications, friendly atmosphere, and caring staff Improvements is a 5 nor 10 minute window for group, been here one minute late and locked out
this facility has taught me tools to stay sober long term.
they are very attentive to my needs in my addiction and my mental health
make it personable and treat you like a human being. not one to tell you how to do your job better.
I feel that the councilors are spread too thin. Perhaps a smaller case load would prove more effective.
i think it works great
giving good coping skill, advice and possitive feed back
good interaction with patients. more modern technology
Counselors are efficient. Could improve with less art therapy
Allowing us to share personal problems outside the topics discussed in the group and get things off our chest.
testing clients to make sure theyre not using
They are very good at helping you identify your true problems and helping you solve them. They have good use of using related scenarios to your issue to help you not feel alone. More group times would benefit users.
The groups are open and you feel comfortable
This facility is awesome and has helped me out alot. Im still kinda struggling with my addicition and their helping me through that very hard situation. every single counselor has its strong points and skills to help me.
The counselors here are very genuine and care about their patients. They definitely do everything they can to help us grow and learn to live drug-free! i love it here. I don't have any suggestions for any changes needed.
addresses issues promptly
keeping me focused on my recovery and giving me structure.
helping me gain tools for my recovery
This facility does a good job at holding their patients accountable for recovery, while also providing a concrete sober support network. I think this facility could be improved by being more lenient about the coffee/energy drink restrictions.
The facility does a great job at making everyone feel welcome. They could improve the depth of one on one sessions. Create specific goals, and have a specific plan for the future.
good interaction.
the facility is offering a wide variety of different courses. Witch in tern helps you broaden the spectrum of the different things that go into addiction and getting sober in recover. The healthy ways and unhealthy ways in what not to do
staff is knowledgable and helpfull
Some groups are very focused, however, others could improve in this area.
i like my one on one therapist, i feel i take a lot from that, and i do like my groups here, but i feel what needs to be changed is that a lot of times in groups other people tend to be disruptive and get off topic so we cant focus and learn anything that day. other than that i do like my groups and being here, it has helped me a lot.
i am supported by every staff on multiply ocasions developing support networks for all areas of my life.
paying attention to the things i say.

I feel comfortable here to be completely honest about my recovery and to reach out for help when i need it! the counselors are amazing people!
Provides ample amount of information about recovery and allows for patients to work through many issues in group and one one settings that are very helpful and provides great tools to use outside of the treatment center
The groups are amazing, the instructors are knowledgeable, the classes are extremely helpful in my sobriety and personal life. The office ladies are nice, the medical staff is nice and the director is very compassionate and caring. improvements - i really dont know
