Mission Statement: CREATE, Inc. is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization that has been serving the Harlem Community since 1973 for Outpatient and Inpatient substance abuse treatment, as well as providing Young Adult Transitional Housing and Permanent Supportive Housing.
