CTI Harlem
Mission Statement: CTI provides integrated substance use and mental health treatment as a direct response to the comprehensive unmet care needs in the community. Our role is to fill the gap and assist with improving overall client health by increasing access to mental health and SUD treatment within community-based health centers as well as integrating Physical Health services to round out comprehensive care to high risk populations.
