Patient Feedback

This section displays narrative responses about patient experiences at the facility along with patient ratings (0 - 10) of the facility.

rated facility as: 10/10

this place saved my life. if you come. make sure to do what they say

rated facility as: 9/10

The staff are amazing and truly care about the health and recovery of the guest. The facility could do better in helping guests return to sober living and/or Oxford houses outside of the Greensboro area.

rated facility as: 8/10

Not letting it turn into an overgrown facility such as Cumberland Heights or the many others that have over extended the quality of the program. Primary care could perhaps improve upon the youngest adults not there for recovery(separate).

rated facility as: 10/10

The medical staff has been superb in identifying, and treating conditions I was unaware existed. The individual counselling I would rate as good-very good. Food service as well, good-very good. Building and grounds maintenance, very good. Physical security very good. Improvements: - Broader selection of meetings types beyond speakers only. - Greater consistency amongst TA's in rule enforcement.
