this program is great. if you are willing to work with them they will help you tremendously.
This facility is very good at individual counselling. The staff is very caring.
the family atmosphere is nice,no negative remarks
I cant think of any improvments
"You're making me very comfortable and professional at your job and know what's going on and help me understand what I have to do" "everything is good"
Facility is giving goood opportunity to move ahead in life if your willing to search it out. to improve would be to stay open a little longer then 10AM

I like that the facility is smaller and staff is very personable. You are on a first name basis as a patient.
treating the patient as a whole mind and body.
imthink they are doing a fantasic job
the facility is helping people that's struggling with addicition
IM BEING KEPT ON MY TOES WITH MY SOBRIETY I CANT REALLY THINK OF ANTHING TRHEY NEED
first of all you can remove PERSON as directed of Northpointe. I think she has mental problems and she does not care for us as petiance
I THINK THAT THE FACILITY IS DOING A GREAT JOB
they are very caring and loving. they are concern about you and your feelings. they make sure that your are comfortable and answer all your needs. what I think they should do different is, splitting the doses of the people who are not comfortable through the whole day. splitting it up as a take home.
Individualized treatment approach not cookie cutter.
" 1,saving lives. Build another large facility next to this one for treatment purposes.
food and medicated treatment
not sure
everything is being done right.to improve the facility they can hire me and give me a job
THEY ARE HELPING WITH SETTING UP THE NEXT STEP OF TREATMENT. TIME MANAGEMENT.
Nothing
There is nothing I would fix.I feel everything is ok I wouldn't recommend fixing a thing
there there for you and on top of PROFANITY
educating people om addiction
Te facility is understaffed and it shows. Also, certain employees show favoritism and it is obvious.
taking people in do improve the facility more fun recovery games
they give prompt treatment...a gym or excersise equipment would be beneficial to some
admitted me to detox and successfully detoxed me. I feel to improve the facility they can upgrade to a rehab facility.
the facility is doing everything right I have nothing bad to say.
better service
There is nothing I would change.
What this facility is doing right is maintaining a structured clean positive drug free environment. To me I like that they have set times for everything like groups, meetings, medication and times to eat which helps a person that wouldn't normally have a set schedule get adjusted to having set schedule and helps them get used to the recovery process even after they leave the facility. The only thing I think can use some improvement is the last vital check before bedtime, because medication time is at 9:00pm clients take there sleep meds only to be woken up a few hours later between 11pm to 12am to take vitals which ruins the process of the medication working.
They have the right idea about recovery but I personally think they should be a rehab facility.I feel as if they only do as little as they can because their not a rehab, just a stepping stone and I feel that if they we're a rehab facility they would do a lot more to help....and I don't say this about all the counselors here because some of them go out their way to help you and prepare you for the next step...but also some do as little as they can.
they treat the clients very good. Give us a more activity's too much down time.
