it has good people that are helpful to talk to ..with good feed back.... more close doors for meetings one on one
they truely care about their patients
this facility has the most caring employees. i feel very comfortable here.
Friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and sincere staff. Flexible scheduling. Convenient location. Quick and accurate testing accompanied by thorough explanation of relevant results by doctor.
Worcester have a great staff and there are no complaints.
helping people and u need to fix parking
the only issue I seem to be having is that every time I get close to my substance abuse councler they leave and I have to start all over again. It is very hard for me to trust people, and it really doesnt help when they keep leaving ,
The facility have been treating me with much respect and dignity. I have grown so much being here. Speaking to PERSON and PERSON have helped me become who I am right now. And I am very grateful for that.
They pay close attention to what each patient needs and are fully attentive.
substance abuse councelors are allways leaving
the staff here is accommodating and they are very helpful everyone here takes the time to work with me and i appropriate it
I have no feedback with the facility doing anything wrong
love you all here and what you have done to help me turn my life around this pat year... PERSON
they are attentive
they treat people with respect and are helpful cant think of anything they could do better
Everything from patient treatment to respecting what we need.
Treated like actual human beings and not a bill or the drug we abused staff could be faster and/or better with managing patients seen and served in a timely manner
everythings going well
in my opinion this place doesnt have to change at all it has been great to me since coming here
2 part question: we need more groups run by peers who have at least 2 years of recovery
There could be more discussions about available resources and pamplets
there job
I believe that they have a fantastic staff that really caters to the needs of their patients. I always see the staff with a great attitude and they really seem committed to helping the patients that they have here. At the beginning it was a bit rough, but the growing pains of a new facility are more than understandable. I think that this place is on the right track, especially with the staff that has been hired.
everything perfect. very informative and professional from top to bottom.
E4FRE
calling in the medicine to the pharmacy. times i had to call right choice
no complaints
this facility could improve on a number of things, including Professionalism, Communication, Time management, etc.
DOING A GREAT JOB
Nothing
noting
offered me help with many solutions, never gave up on me always looking to improve me. outside of financial issue i do not know what could be done to improve this facility
i can"t think of anything i believe should be improved but i can say that i feel very supported and cared for at this facility and i think that it has helped to have counseling available during recovery to help insure the patient staying on the right path.
They always keep me even if I relapse. PERSON is a great couselor.
I have only had one meeting so far.
Have learned a great deal about myself through counseling. The way my insurance charges for treatment here is expensive.
????????????????????
PERSON is amazing at what she does. She have given me the tools I need to be the best person I can be for myself.
KJBIU
staff could be better at talking
THE THERAPIST LIKES TO TALK MORE THAN LISTEN
The atmosphere is nice and provides a good amount of privacy. Scheduling needs a lot of improvement and the rigid policy for tardiness is a bit excessive. Therapy seems to be forced upon people.
The counselor really listens to my problems and gives good advice. I don't feel like a number I feel I am really heard. no improvements
