rated facility as: 10/10

I think the treatments themselves that this facility provides IE: Suboxone, etc. are extremely important to all who need it. Aside from that, I believe the people who work in this Pittsfield office are very lacking in many areas. Their communication is poor, they dont seem to care so much about their patients as they do about just getting through their work day. Several times I havent been able to pick up medication due to someone forgetting to send them to the provider. My appointments are never on time, I wait for hours to see a provider sometimes. My recovery does not seem like a priority to many of the staff here, which is alarming because even my "recovery counselor", who I am required to see every two weeks does not seem to know from one minute to the next what is going on.. Their is a severe lack of Leadership in this office, as well as communication and professionalism.

rated facility as: 4/10

I like the hours of operation, early morning for me, and friendly nice people working here. I do not like supervised urine collection
