This place is wonderful
Caring for patients well being.
Friendly staff but a lot of staff has come and gone over the past almost 3 years I've been going there. PERSON who used to work as the receptionist and ran the whole office got a bum deal when Savida took over. Now all she does is sit in that little room collecting urine and counting empty films all day. She is underappreciated. Every person I see is very nice. There has been a few times I was missing a empty film wrapper and they didn't say anything to me, the only reason I found out is because I found it after my appointment. This has happened 3 times. If my count is off, I want to know. I am very careful with saving the empty wrappers.
I feel that all is going good at this time...
Staff are prompt and friendly
Since becoming SAVIDA health the improvement which has created a level if professionalism and an inviting atmosphere with some new personnel and a welcoming staff . I have been reduced to monthly visits and appreciate the help and guidance. The waiting room and office areas are now aesthetically pleasing with a noticeable makeover The waiting time has been cut in 1/2 . The appointments now move efficiently thanks to the professional staff .
Helpful...they are flexible with scheduling and the np listens and helps with any questions and substance related issues
More therapists on staff
they are so quick to see me- no wait time. They know my name and everyones names. love them
Collecting empty wrappers for counting at every visit is a pain.
They are great! Always running on time and see me early if needed
The soboxone is in a package of foil and with the PERSON combined together is not the correct way to package because the narcan is eating up the buphernorfine and it kills the potency of the opiod that is the narcans job it also can kill the potency of sych meds the foil is bad idea and it has to be sold within a month the pill form last longer it is a known fact that narcan is used to decrease meds in an overdose i think it should be swolled so each substance can be divided in the correct areas of the body my soboxone is eating up my meds so i vote for subatex.
SaVids staff offer respect, patience, compassion and create a safe environment. I’d like to see the counseling portion of the facility expanded.
They staff are great!! If there is ever an issue and it's very rare that there is one, they handle it promptly. They could work on getting back to people in a timely fashion. Sometimes calls should not be made at the end of the day, especially when it involves medication or problems with medication at pharmacy.
Get staff that speaks Spanish
The people in this office genuinely care about their patients and it shows. Everyone there knows your name and is rooting for you to succeed. There is no other suboxone office like this.
Good wait time
Everything at the facility is great. I have not drank on 8 months!
The staff have been kind understanding and keep patients accountable for maintaining treatment
Everything is great!
My therapist PERSON is fantastic. He has helped me over alot of hurdles. PERSON and PERSON are so easy to talk to. I have been clean and sober since I transitioned from methadone and i credit the staff at Savida health. PERSON at the front desk is quick and efficient. She always has a smile on her face. No matter what mood Im in when I walk in everything changes by the time I leave. I cant think of anything to change. I love Savida and owe my sobriety to them. Thank you
Everyone is really nice. I understand there a rules and regulations to follow but when a patient has followed everything to the letter and in the time frame it’s supposed to be done, it would be nice to have a little flexibility and be worked with.
