puedo ver a mi consejera tanto como yo queira
me PERSON
They respect my choices but make sure I'm safe
Me PERSON a estar limpio
todo
They help with individual sessions and nurse sessions for drug use and mental health
PERSON me ayuda
they push you to better yourself and they help keep you focused on your goals. Ive never been this facility this organized and well run so I have nothing to compare it to. I feel they are doing well.
When support is needed, my therapist will always make herself available. They make sure to ask what can we do to help you. I also love how they individualize what we need instead of grouping us as a whole.
I think the program is great, it saved my life. it has helped me with coping skills and how to talk to others.
my experience has been excellent. my expertice is to limited to offer any suggestions
I think the rules ang guidelines for couples in the program together, especially domestic violence situations, should be reviewed regularly because my confidentiality was broken a few times
Providing me with counseling and support especially during my hardest times. I think the facility can open another window for methadone dosing in the morning.
I think art therapy would be a great addition. or some kind of hands on group
don't change a thing
Accommodates various situations.
They cared a lot about me during my pregnancy, made sure I was getting the best care possible. They truly care about their patients.
not having a wait list..
the treatment here is very comprehensive. they could pay more attention to mental health issues.
The social workers are extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. It is a safe place to talk about issues.
I think they aew doing pretty much every thing they can do, in the beginning I didn't like my counselor and felt very dismissed. Now I feel like since they have switched my counselor everything is much better,
not awesome we are all lyers maybe most but not all
All therapist should follow the same guidelines and there should be more supervision over new therapist and their decision making. All patients should be treated the same.
I think thing are good here...its just that you have to be in here for more than a hour in if you been in other facility its not that long...
open more windows for dosing more testing more accountability
Very supportive, lots of opportunities for alternative care, and caring staff.
I haven't had any disappointments from this facility. I do think that it should be less strict as far as needing to ask for permission to use the rest room and when it comes to getting take home bottles I think they should be more lenient.
more understanding
get patients comfortable way sooner takes way to long to get ur self moving forward in ur program if ur going thru withdraw its so hard to move forward and keep a positive mind to continue to be a sober citicen
In group you should be allowed to go to the bathroom
stop letting more people in or give PERSON,es easier
BEING AWARE OF THERE PAITIENCE.TAKE CLASES ON NA
maybe more dispensing windows
my therapist is very understanding and compassionate
the facility is doing a great job. If anything I think they should just allow bathroom breaks during group but other then that that's all
being more understanding about how much time it takes to become sober. different people takes different time frames to do so
listening and guiding patient
Taking the proper steps to make sure my home life is stable and counseling me on ways to better cope with substance use and ways to cope daily. Something that can be done to improve this facility is better communication between the facility and the patients, some days its hard to reach out and get a response back as needed.
expanding the hours of dosing and making the counslers more available for their patients.. to improve the facility I would recommend opening a 3 window.
think everyting is good
don't know
im here for probation, seems like they are helping people. I just don't need it.idk.
theythave tried to make the wait shorter and understand the needs better
PERSON
It gives me an opportunity to talk with other users. It allows me to express my feelings to others that can relate to my situation. I get feedback and the benefit of hearing others experiences.
the firing of a non productive counselor was a smart move. availability program services based on insurance is ASSININE, and questionable at best.
better treatment for menthal health
Easy to talk to and they really listen
nothing
Helping me stay on a path of sustained recovery
all the rules you have in place definitely helps keep it in order and makes it nice to come. you get in and out. the workers are nice and certain ones will do there best to help you with what you need.
I feel that my needs are important to the staff and I am not treated like a statistic. transportation has been a problem for me in the past and medical moters wont help me and I have never used the bus ever. I wish there were more options for transportation
They tailor their treatment per patient because with addiction being so across the board, it doesn't have just one way to recovery. what could be improved is a very clear line for front desk
Tienen muchos grupos. Mi terapista habla espanol y tiene muchas horas disponibles.
the program helps me stay away from drugs. sometimes too many groups
more windows for dosing
THEY HAVE REDONE THE HOURS FOR DOSING, MY COUNSLER HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME WHEN NEEDED THE STAFF HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL.. I WOULD DEFIENTLY RECOMMEND OPENING A 3RD WINDOW FOR DOSING SO ITS NOT SO CROWDED AND I WOULD ALSO RECCOMEND CERTAIN HOURS FOR WORKERS TO DOSE..
The staff at this facility is very good. They are always kind and helpful with any problem that arises. I think the groups are extremely well organized and focused on being attentive to each individuals needs.
maybe more groups led by the patients. groups that help with everyday life; how to budget money, just everyday life things, like the basic tools to live healthy and stress free
Everyone here has been rather helpful thus far. I think there could be some improvements with getting in a couple minutes late and actually getting help not just turned away.
THEY HAVE EXPANDED THE HOURS FOR DOSING THEY HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING OTHERS DURING THEIR DIFFICULT TIME.. I WOULD RECOMMEND MY COUNSLER BE ACKNOWLEDGE FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH HER JOB AND I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SEE THE CLINIC ACKNOWLEDGE CERTAIN HOURS FOR DOSING TO WORKERS ON THE WORKERS LIST SO THE WORKERS DONT HAVE TO SIT AND WAIT FOR HOURS DUE TO OVER COMPASSITY...
The counselors and staff need to start treating every patient the SAME; it's not fair that rules are broken or exceptions are made for some patients but not others. An example of this is, letting some people who are constantly late (and are not pregnant) in to dose past dosing hours. Others may be late one time, but are allowed to get their medication. This is very frustrating to patients here.
helping others.
This facility runs a tight ship which I like. Staff is very dedicated and genuinely concerned with patients recovery.
I don't feel this place is bad they usually are available for support. the only time I had issues was when I was getting out of inpatient in Pa, due to no one answering the phone I had to stay inpatient longer.
sorry, decline to anwser
I have been here for over 90 days and still have not gotten to a comfortable dose. I feel that in that amount of time I should have been well comfortable by now. The process of getting the correct methadone dose and getting increases takes way too long when the video at orientation the main concern and pain priority is to get each patient comfortable.
nothing
the methadone program has saved my life, and given my family their son back. I believe some people ruin the clinic for others, ie; locked bathrooms and smoking rules that target only some people while not others. Some of those rules are out of the clinic hands, however they have the ability to tell these other agencies federal state and other wise what is causing problems and finding better solutions then punative one that hurt the chances of survival on the street
Good Counselors
Fine for me
keeping me alive and safe
making sure you show up and participate
they are good about putting the patient first and doing whats best by us even if we don't agree
This facility is great! The staff and counselors here obviously care about the individual and not just about a paycheck. They make sure that you are taken care of in all aspects and they continue to work with you if you are struggling. They don't just kick you out if you make a mistake. And they are very clear about what options you have and what can be done for you. I love Strong Recovery and I would not be where I am had it not been for this facility. The one thing I would say could definitely be improved would be the wait times and the protocol and procedures for Methadone dosing and dispensing. The current system takes way too long and bottlenecks far too often.
This facility provides life saving services but a lot of the staff and higher up supervisors focus on petty issues rather than dealing with the big picture.
they are good about confidentiality but it needs to be more secure in the waiting area
doing everything ok
counselors are great and the methadone is helping me so much
Being able to provide methadone to me has possibily saved my life. I do not know where I would be now if I was not able to stop withdrawl on a consistant basis like the facility provides. In general this makes this facility the best thing available to any herion addict. Despencing is done right I really wish wait times for despecing could be improved. There is a lot of wait time which can be extremely frustrating
the facility could use an extra dosing window for methadone and speed up the process. The way the doctors only increase your dose by 5 milligrams at a time when trying to find your right dose is also a little time consuming.
you could Saturdays better by somehow moving dosing quicker.
more resources for clients needs
a lot of the rules here are hypocritical to what is taught. I also think that sometimes this business loses touch with the actual realities of life for an addict and their family, and instead of changing to accommodate the patients you cling to how you wish things were or should be.
mentalhealthandmysoberity
the facility is helping me with the methadone even though I am not at a stable dose I recently overdosed so this is 2 times in 3 years but ekgs would be the best thing for this place.
The counselors are very exceptional in assistance with advancing in recovery and planning for th4e future. What needs to be improved is how busy days are handled by the waiting room staff.
keep me kleen
I think you should get more pyciatrist
there doing good.
they could make dosing a little faster and easier. try to improve that but I am happy with everything else
Friendly/Understanding staff who wants to see all succeed.
giving patients there medication is always the right thing they do right and to improve would be letting the patients be comfortable with their counselor and if they are not then should be able to get one they are comfortable with
I think the facility is great
-I believe that every counselor should treat each and every patient the same -I think that early recovery counselors should have a past history of addiction and be able to talk about it.
~Doing right: -Committed to their patients -Helpful resources available -Mental health treatment available ~Improvements: -Have more than 2 doing windows -Easier(not as strict) requirements for take homes.
should be harm reduction
genuinely care about the patients
This facility in my experience has been fantastic with regard to communication. I personally had an RN go above an beyond with an insurance issue I had, this RN worked extremely hard to make sure I was still able to receive my Vivatrol injection...THANK YOU!!! I have enjoyed working with all therapist as well and truly appreciate their understanding when it comes to "life matters" work ect. I am fortunate enough to have a great rapport with my individual therapist and love that the professionals here have several different approaches to assist in my recovery!
security crackdown
it is fine
opening there doors to as many people who want or need treatment as possible
They are very into what I need for my recovery as an individual.
I think they are very well put together the staff here has been nothing but amazing to me
It's very nice and comforting when you walk in the door and the secretaries know you by name. Security is friendly. The staff is great!
access to providers my counselor very attentive to my needs goes xtra mile
everything,groups,treatment,everything they can to help.
I don't feel at this time that there is anything being done wrong
Harm reduction
Group sessions are helpful
They need a quicker system for disposal of methadone. Maybe another window!
right- keeping people sober Improvements- I have no complaints
right- giving medication To improve- open another window, extend dispensing hours, more efficient nurses
right- everything Improvements- longer window for workers
Time management for the people who are working and who is not working. for example, call people who is working first and if there is none then call people who is not working with different color of tickets. Been late for work few times because when I came to facility, they just finished call the people who is not working and it force me back in the line instead up front.
right- they seem to care about you more than other places do. improve- open earlier on Saturdays, more dispensing windows, more evening groups
Helping people in need with substance abuse problems. Improve- staff needs to be on the same page and not show favoritism. More take homes and shorter lines
They have a few good counselors. Not having counselors make up their rules, have a set standard. Shorter wait times
great group therapy, individual therapy all encompassing.Very dynamic in individual therapy.
listten t
It's doing right with the counseling and the social worker does great helping people to head in the right direction in community for what ever they need. Needs to improve with the early crowd in the am. Very overfilled in am for dosing
Need to keep better track of whose on the workers list.
Patience and respect for those in treatment
They are very helpful
To me it looks like strong ties is doing so much to me me and the other clients here the make me feel safe and able to share with my counselor and my groups. Be a lot a bit easier to the clients who vape.
HJ
They are great
